An established and growing $1B+ AUM independent RIA is seeking a hands‑on investment professional to own trading, portfolio implementation, and investment diligence across client portfolios. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape portfolio construction, evaluate managers and alternatives, and contribute within a disciplined, collaborative environment.

This role is for someone who wants to be close to the investment decisions, not limited to trade execution. You’ll work directly with successful senior leadership, help shape portfolio construction, evaluate managers and alternatives, and contribute within a disciplined, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Execute trades across ETFs, mutual funds, equities, and alternatives
• Manage rebalancing, cash flows, and tax‑aware implementation
• Conduct manager, fund, structured product, and platform diligence
• Support monthly investment and strategy meetings

• $120,000–$150,000 base salary, plus bonus potential of $6,000–$22,000
