Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a skilled professional to join our Enfusion PMS team in Chicago. You will design and implement trading workflows, own trade allocations, and analyze P&L across asset classes, collaborating with clients to optimize portfolio and accounting processes.

You'll work across front, middle, and back-office workflows, providing expert support during implementations and ensuring accuracy in NMV, exposure, and complex instruments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Portfolio Management Systems or in middle office/operations.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, P&L, and portfolio accounting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems across systems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Exposure to accruals, complex instruments (swaps) or tax lot accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and implement trading and order workflows.
• Develop expertise in trade lifecycle functionality within Enfusion PMS (actions, options, futures, transfers).
• Own trade allocation and commission setups.
• Analyze and decompose P&L across asset classes and resolve discrepancies.
• Calculate and validate NMV, exposure, and monetized Greeks.
• Investigate and resolve PMS vs. General Ledger discrepancies.
• Support client implementations and serve as a trusted contact.

Job description

This team sits within Clearwater Analytics and supports clients leveraging our Enfusion PMS capabilities, a core part of our portfolio management and accounting platform. The team operates across front, middle, and back‑office workflows, partnering with asset managers to implement and optimize trading, portfolio, and accounting processes. You’ll work across the full investment lifecycle—connecting trades, positions, P&L, and financial reporting—developing a strong understanding of how front‑office activity flows through to accounting outputs. The team also partners closely with Valuation & Risk on complex instruments and analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to design and implement trading and order workflows aligned to their strategies
• Develop expertise in trade lifecycle functionality within our Enfusion PMS capabilities (e.g., corporate actions, options, futures, position transfers)
• Own trade allocation and commission setups
• Analyze and decompose P&L across asset classes, identifying key drivers and resolving discrepancies
• Calculate and validate NMV, exposure, and monetized Greeks
• Investigate and resolve PMS vs. General Ledger discrepancies
• Support client implementations and serve as a trusted point of contact

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range $85,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job‑related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
