Job summary

City National Bank’s RBC Rochdale, LLC seeks a Portfolio Management Client Care Team Lead to coordinate client care across multiple portfolios and supervise the Client Care Team. You will ensure high service levels to clients and Advisors, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and manage travel and expenses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in financial services, strong MS Office skills, and 3+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5 years Financial Industry experience, preferably asset management.
• 5 years of experience using MS Office.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Industry/business knowledge.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day client care coordination for Portfolio Manager(s) and their third-party Financial Advisors and Clients.
• Manage Client Care team across all portfolio management teams, including hiring, reviews, and performance management.
• Establish goals for all Client Care Team members and monitor performance against them.
• Consult with portfolio management teams on process or system enhancements.
• Partner with Portfolio Management leadership to ensure high quality end-to-end service standards.
• May lead projects coordinating process improvements, system changes, and policy updates.
• Foster relationships to ensure processes support customer service levels.
• Identify best practices and implement procedures to support growth and streamlined operations.
