Job summary

City National Bank in New York is seeking a Portfolio Management Client Care Coordinator to support the Portfolio Management Team in delivering exceptional client and business-partner experience.

You will solve client and advisor inquiries related to operations, act as liaison with Client Service teams, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and assist with webinars, travel planning, and materials distribution.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Minimum 4 years in a client relationship support capacity.
• Minimum 4 years of computer experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a professional team environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM team to solve client/advisor issues related to operations and logistics.
• Serve as primary PM liaison with Client Service teams including New Accounts, Billing, Performance, and Client Relationship colleagues.
• Ensure partner/client information is accurate and adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to partners/clients to maximize relationship growth and retention.
• Support webinars and partner/client outreach efforts.
• Schedule meetings, create/distribute materials, and assist travel planning and expense reports.
• Assist PM teams in expanding growth opportunities by identifying efficient outreach methods.
• May cover other PM teams occasionally.
• Utilize applications and technology to ensure smooth PM operations.
• Gather information to meet regulatory requirements and request documents from partners/clients.
