Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Portfolio Management support professional to assist the Portfolio Management team in delivering integrated investment services to clients. This role coordinates internal delivery, seeks opportunities from existing books of business, and serves as a backup for client-facing Portfolio Managers.

You will analyze markets, support asset allocation, and help manage client relationships across high net worth accounts, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales.
• Investment administration experience desired.
• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired.

Responsibilities

• Supports client portfolios: asset allocation, construction, security selection, trade execution, risk and compliance.
• Engages clients to review performance and market changes via analysis.
• Performs market analysis, gathers insights, and recommends strategies to support investment goals.
• Supports PMs with portfolio composition analysis and asset allocation monitoring.
• Executes client investment transactions and provides portfolio-management expertise.
• Coordinates with client teams to deliver integrated service and resolve issues promptly.
