Opportunity and Position Overview:
The analyst will work closely with the Portfolio Management team for Stockbridge’s Core and Value-Add business on an all-industrial fund. This is both a qualitative and quantitative position; strong math and written skills are required. This role will directly report to a Portfolio Manager with weekly guidance from SVP, VP, and Associate professionals. The firm was founded in 2003 and manages real estate equity investments across the risk spectrum within a variety of investment structures on behalf of U.S. and foreign institutional investors. Total Rewards:
Competitive. The base pay scale for this position is $80,000+ annually. Stockbridge’s base pay scale depends on geographic location, business line, years of experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. A discretionary annual bonus is also included in addition to base pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and STD & LTD insurance. Stockbridge provides a 401K plan with a match as well as generous vacation, sick time, and holiday time off.
