Job summary

Connect Search, LLC seeks a real estate private equity analyst to join its Chicago-area team. You will track portfolio performance, build fund-level models, and support valuations and investor reporting.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cash-flow forecasting and strong communication with senior leadership. You will also analyze capital activity, prepare dashboards, and assist with fundraising materials.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, finance or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills.
• Exposure to fund structures, portfolio analytics or investor reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track fund and portfolio performance, including IRR, equity multiples and other key return metrics

What You’ll Do
