Job summary

SNI Financial is partnering with a leading real estate investment firm to hire a Fund Operations Associate in Dallas. The role targets 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity fund operations, or fund financial analysis, focusing on financial modeling and analytics.

Your work will involve building financial models, liquidity forecasts, and dashboards; analyzing cash flows and investor waterfalls; and preparing quarterly investor reporting for institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity fund operations, or fund financial analysis
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel skills
• Experience with fund performance analysis, liquidity planning, investor reporting, and institutional investment funds
• Understanding of financial statements, investor waterfalls, partnership structures, and fund operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple business teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, liquidity forecasts, and fund performance dashboards.
• Analyze portfolio performance, cash flows, investor waterfalls, and fund-level returns.
• Prepare quarterly investor reporting, presentations, and performance analysis for institutional investors.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Capital Markets, and Fund Accounting on strategic initiatives.
• Support fund liquidity, capital planning, financing activities, and investment performance analysis.
• Help leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
