Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Portfolio Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and responsiveness. We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, initiative‑taker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes ownership of all aspects of their work. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service, multitasking, and critical reasoning skills, along with the ability to respond with appropriate discretion and urgency to situations requiring immediate attention and effective communication. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations across a portfolio of properties, ensuring consistent standards of quality, efficiency, and responsiveness at each location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, a collaborative work style, and a solid work ethic, taking pride in cleanliness, operational excellence, and accurate documentation.
Physical aspects of the job include heavy lifting, carrying, transporting, and handling maintenance equipment and appliances; standing or walking for extended periods; and bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and balancing. The position requires some weekend and holiday work, as well as the ability to be “on call” for emergencies.

Salary: $92,000 – $95,000 per year
