Job summary

Caissa Wealth Strategies LLC is seeking an Investment Specialist to support portfolio management, client relationships, and back-office operations. You will work with the Director of Investments to execute trades, maintain data integrity, and coordinate onboarding processes within CRM and trade systems.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, communication, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to policy development and client outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Operations or related field.
3+ years experience in investment implementation, reporting, or diligence.
Experience with Tamarac or similar trading/performance software.
Proficiency in portfolio analytics, attribution, and construction.

Responsibilities

Assist with back-office coordination and onboarding using CRM, Tamarac, and related systems.
Execute daily trades and rebalancing; ensure accurate client allocations in rebalancer.
Summarize portfolios and investments for wealth advisors and clients.
Develop investment policies and assist with client meetings and documentation.
