Job summary

PCM Encore, a rapidly growing, founder-led wealth management firm, seeks an Investment Analyst & Portfolio Operations Specialist to support investment management and wealth advisory. This hybrid role blends research, portfolio construction, and client service, offering exposure to alternative investments, portfolio strategy, and interactions with high-net-worth clients.

You will maintain models, monitor allocations, assist in client communications, and help drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3-7+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of asset allocation, performance reporting, rebalancing, and alternative investments.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and investment reporting tools; licensing exams (Series 7/63 or 65/66) and related credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update investment models across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, private investments, and cash.
• Monitor performance, risk metrics, and drift; coordinate rebalancing and implementations.
• Support investment due diligence, manager research, and portfolio strategy recommendations.
• Prepare client communications, market commentary, and investment updates.
• Enhance investment workflows and client-facing materials; collaborate with advisory teams.
