You will work with advisors to optimize transitions, manage risk, and ensure alignment with investment policy and client objectives, while leveraging institutional platforms and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-5+ years of experience preferred with rising responsibility in portfolio management and implementation.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management.
• Experience with multiple custodians and investment vehicles is preferred.
• Proficiency with institutional portfolio software and wealth management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement, and monitor portfolio strategies across account types and tax structures.
• Evaluate portfolio transitions involving concentrated positions and tax considerations.
• Perform household-level portfolio analysis across accounts and objectives.
• Coordinate separately managed accounts, third-party managers, and alternative investments.
• Review restrictions, liquidity needs, and investment guidelines to stay aligned with objectives.
• Monitor portfolio drift, risk exposures, and implementation exceptions across relationships.
• Develop tax-efficient implementation strategies with advisors.
• Assist in integrating acquired advisory firms and mapping accounts.
• Maintain trading platforms and data integrity; improve workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale operations.
