True North Advisors is seeking a Client Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX to support daily client operations and onboarding while collaborating with financial advisors and custodians.

The role is onsite with telecommuting opportunities, requires a Bachelor’s degree (finance preferred) and 1–2 years in financial services. You’ll process transactions, maintain records, and contribute to process improvements while joining a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required (finance preferred).
• One to two years of relevant experience in financial services preferred.
• Problem solver with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent work references required; background check may be required.
• Consent to and favorable credit report/background check.

Responsabilidades

• Process client transactions including cash movements, wires, ACH transfers, and account openings.
• Monitor and reconcile transactions for accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain client records in the firm’s CRM and custodian systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and the advisory team on operational inquiries.
• Provide timely updates to clients and advisors on deliverables.
• Assist operations and onboarding teams with day-to-day activities and special projects as requested.
