Mars is seeking a Manager, Portfolio PPA Strategy in Chicago, IL. This office-based role drives a multi-year Price Pack Architecture roadmap, translating consumer and market insights into premium packaging strategies.

You will collaborate across Brand, RGM, Insights, Sales, and Supply Chain to maximize household penetration and profitable growth. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in CPG, strong analytical skills, and experience with Nielsen/IRI data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in CPG with focus on Brand Management, RGM, Category Management, or Portfolio Strategy.
• Strong data interpretation and analytics to translate data into packaging strategies.
• Ability to influence and align across a cross-functional matrixed organization.
• Consumer insight and category management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3+ year PPA innovation pipeline across categories.
• Optimize assortment and price points across retail channels.
• Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to optimize packaging.
• Coordinate with RGM, Brand, Insights, and Supply Chain on commercialization.
