Job summary

WM Partners seeks a Portfolio Marketing Manager to partner with the Functional Team and portfolio-company leadership, translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies while driving profitable growth across health, wellness, and consumer brands. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum eight years in performance, brand, growth, e-commerce or GTM roles with full-channel P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Assess each portfolio company's brand, customer journey, channel mix, marketing capabilities, and growth opportunities.
• Develop prioritized marketing plans with brand leads aligned with revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention objectives.
• Lead or support go-to-market strategies for new products, channels, markets, and brand initiatives.
• Analyze and improve direct-to-consumer and e-commerce performance across acquisition, conversion, merchandising, retention, and lifetime value with channel leads.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid growth programs across relevant digital channels.
• Advise and develop lifecycle and retention strategies, including email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and win-back programs.
• Support brand marketing, partnerships, events, experiential programs, and other growth initiatives for portfolio companies.
• Establish performance targets, reporting frameworks, testing roadmaps, and marketing measurement practices with brand leads.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external resources; liaise with portfolio-company executives to move from recommendation to execution.
• Capture successful playbooks and share insights across the WM Partners portfolio.
• Use AI and automation to accelerate research, content development, analysis, testing, and execution.
