U.S. Bank seeks a Director, Portfolio Growth Initiatives to lead the commercialization of priority Business Banking growth opportunities. You will translate strategic opportunities into scalable operating models, go-to-market plans, and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate across business, product, channel, operations, technology, risk, and support teams to drive adoption, execution, and long-term ownership. A strong background in financial services and executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives in commercialization, business transformation, product management, business development, consulting, program leadership, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization of growth opportunities from approval through launch, adoption, scaling, and ownership transition.
• Develop commercialization plans, operating models and execution approaches for market adoption.
• Align across business, product, channel, operations, technology, risk, and support to meet objectives.
• Establish success metrics, monitor performance and drive actions to maximize growth and value.
• Identify and resolve risks, barriers, and dependencies affecting commercialization.
• Provide strategic recommendations and executive-level decision support to sponsors and leadership.
• Support transition of mature initiatives to permanent owners with governance and readiness.
