Job summary

UCSF is seeking a Senior Portfolio Consultant to define and evolve portfolio governance across strategy, process, and analytics. You will own cadence, reporting standards, and change management to drive adoption and measure value from technology, processes, and enablement programs.

You will lead design and implementation of portfolio management using ServiceNow SPM with Tableau analytics, partnering with leaders to ensure alignment with mission and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational change, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio financial management or strategic financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of portfolio governance, strategy, and analytics.
• Ability to coach, influence, and lead at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and evolve the portfolio governance across strategy, process, technology, and analytics.
• Own governance cadence, status reporting standards, and stakeholder change management.
• Design and implement portfolio management processes using ServiceNow SPM with Tableau analytics.
• Provide executive insights, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly portfolio reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and initiative leads on resource and financial forecasting.
• Pilot AI-enabled capabilities for demand triage and portfolio insight generation.
