Portfolio Finance Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

As a Portfolio Finance Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements from financial perspective. Essential skills include a financial and project coordination background, proficiency in financial / project reporting (SAP, Ariba, Service Now, Power BI, Apptio, Jira), and excellent organizational abilities.

What will you do in this role:

Tracking of highly complex programs consisting of multiple related projects from finance point of view in Service Now, SAP, Apptio and Ariba. Work closely with our stakeholders to ensure project financial alignment with business needs.

Define, document, and execute tasks. Work in a team, actively participate in all phases of the project. Identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.

Maintain documentation of capital purchases, understanding financial policies.

Coordinate project financials, financial reporting, and analysis. Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and provide value to the organization.

Understand the technical aspects of the project to make informed decisions, provide financial guidance, and communicate effectively with the development team. This includes understanding the technology stack and its impact on our company.

What should you have:

MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Finance/Economics is an advantage

5+ years of experience in Project Financial Management

Finance knowledge on transactions, funds transfers, CAPEX, OPEX, asset settlements

Analytical skills, accuracy and dedication

Ability to work, support, coordinate and collaborate across the global and diverse teams and vendors

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
