Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Manager of Portfolio Management (Execution Focus) to translate portfolio priorities into decision-ready outputs. You will drive governance, forecasts, and BD enablement while championing AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and up to 5% travel. Hybrid work in Princeton, NJ with a focus on execution excellence and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or Finance is required.
Experience: 3+ years in pharma/biotech with exposure to generics; portfolio or execution roles preferred.
Travel: Up to 5% travel.
Ability to work independently from home or office when necessary for business purposes.

Responsibilities

Prepare governance-ready materials for portfolio forums with validated data and clear framing.
Maintain portfolio forecasts and scenarios across internal and BD assets.
Coordinate inputs and reflect deal changes in portfolio forecasts and materials.
Build and improve templates, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort.
Manage portfolio timelines, data refreshes, and deliverables to ensure readiness.
