Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies seeks a Senior AI Portfolio Manager to set direction for enterprise AI platforms and solutions. You will translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and drive adoption while ensuring trust, usability, and scalability in regulated environments.

You will lead backlog, partnering with engineering and governance to deliver scalable, compliant capabilities.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years leading enterprise-scale AI products or platforms.
• Experience driving prioritization and delivery in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading adoption and change management for new capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to deliver features.

Responsibilities

• Owns product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for AI platform capabilities across teams.
• Leads discovery to translate needs into clear requirements and outcomes.
• Establishes and manages a backlog and delivery plan based on impact, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
• Partners with engineering to ensure scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Defines adoption strategy with launch plans, enablement, training, and feedback loops.
• Establishes success metrics and adjusts product direction based on evidence.
• Communicates decisions and progress clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Coordinates with governance, risk, and compliance for controls and documentation.
