Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Leader to oversee a portfolio of Environmental Remediation projects. This remote role requires US residency and will report to the Practice Operations Lead, coordinating with Project Managers to improve delivery, profitability and risk management.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, and ensuring adherence to project controls. PMP certification and strong communication are preferred to lead teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency; ability to pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver a portfolio of Environment projects with strong financial KPIs.
• Evaluate delivery performance, pricing, risk, forecasting and budgeting across projects.
• Support project managers to monitor costs, billings, schedules, cash flow; address root causes.
• Ensure scheduling tools are used and aligned with Project Controller and PDL.
• Mentor project controls staff and contribute to proposal resource planning and pricing.
