Job summary

You will lead governance, mentor PMs, and enforce Agile practices while coordinating with senior stakeholders to achieve timely, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 7+ years of experience in project and portfolio management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
• Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a portfolio-level dashboard for KPIs, milestones, and resources across projects.
• Implement and manage portfolio-level risk and dependency management; escalate cross-project issues.
• Enforce PM standards and methodologies; create charters and plans meeting quality and strategic fit.
• Conduct health checks and audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify issues.
• Ensure data integrity in Jira and generate portfolio-level insights and reports.
• Serve as central point of contact for senior leadership on portfolio status.
