Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Security Program Oversight Manager to govern a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives in the Arlington area. You will lead governance, risk, and reporting, ensuring schedule integrity and artifact compliance.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI eligibility, strong Agile program management experience, and proficiency with Jira-based portfolio tooling to deliver transparent, actionable dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 7+ years of experience in project and portfolio management with Agile.
• DoD Top Secret Clearance is required with ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a program-level dashboard for KPIs, milestones, and resources across all projects.
• Manage program-level risk and dependency management; escalate cross-project issues.
• Enforce PM standards and methodologies across the organization.
• Create and manage key project charters and plans meeting quality standards.
