Position Overview

We are seeking a Portfolio Consulting Manager with a strong background in e-mobility and innovative power technologies. You will lead the Technology Pathways team within Siemens Power Technologies International (PTI), focusing on growth. Your team will deliver services such as transaction advisory, deployment roadmaps, and investment plans to clients including large power consumers, utilities, financiers, and governments. Knowledge across energy markets, financial modeling, and technology deployment will be essential, with support from Siemens PTI’s expert team.

This is a remote position based in the contiguous U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and promote Siemens PTI consulting services.
• Build and strengthen client relationships.
• Coordinate proposal generation and project management.
• Stay updated on market trends and adapt service offerings accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a diverse consulting team.
• Collaborate with other Siemens Business Units for enhanced client engagement.
• Communicate effectively in English, both in presentation and writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant fields such as engineering, economics, or data science.
• Minimum 8 years of consulting or analytical support experience in the energy sector.
• At least 2 years in team leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in transaction advisory, deployment planning, market analysis, or regulatory guidance.
• Knowledge of novel power system technologies and energy markets.
