We are looking for a Portfolio Consulting Manager

with a strong background in e-mobility and other novel power demand and supply technologies. You will lead the Technology Pathways team within Siemens Power Technologies International (PTI) and be responsible for its growth. The team provides services to large power consumers, utilities, financiers, and government, including transaction advisory and technology deployment roadmaps.

Your team will deliver consulting services such as:

• Transaction advisory
• Deployment roadmaps
• Investment and operation plans
• Analytical support for client decisions on energy technologies

This is a remote position located in the contiguous U.S.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting business development and promoting Siemens PTI’s consulting services
• Building and strengthening client relationships
• Managing proposal generation and project delivery
• Keeping abreast of market trends and aligning services accordingly
• Managing a diverse consulting team
• Hiring, mentoring, and developing team members
• Collaborating across Siemens Business Units
• Communicating effectively in English

You’ll need the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant fields such as engineering, economics, finance, or related areas
• At least 8 years of consulting or analytical experience in the energy or power industry
• Minimum 2 years in team leadership roles
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with transaction advisory, deployment roadmaps, or market analysis
• Knowledge of novel power system technologies and energy markets
