State Street Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst for Investment Management. You will partner with clients and development to shape solutions improving client experience, product features, and portfolio construction workflows across assets.

Expect heavy interaction with business and technology teams and a role rooted in Agile processes. You will lead requirements gathering, write detailed documents, and support product life-cycle activities from conception through delivery,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
Financial services background preferred.
Excellent communicator with global users.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with stakeholders and development leads globally to ensure engagement and alignment for initiatives.
Apply detailed knowledge of business requirements and workflows to assist in product development.
Research and produce business and technical requirement documents.
Gather product requirements from customers and the product management team; engage in all stages of the software product life cycle.
Collaborate with development to implement, refine, and deliver features.
Provide feedback on product performance and provide guidance to technology leads.
