Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee 4 to 7 HOA communities with dedicated departmental support. The role requires evening board meeting availability, budgeting expertise, and the ability to travel to properties for in-person meetings.

A CMCA certification is preferred or obtainable within 6 months. We offer a hybrid work-from-home model, a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
  • CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment.
  • Evening availability for Board meetings.
  • Ability to travel to and from your property for in-person meetings when needed.
  • Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.

Job Description
