Job summary

Rise Group Investments seeks a proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a diverse retail, industrial, and office portfolio in Texas. You will partner with the management team to drive tenant satisfaction and maximize property value through effective lease admin, budgets, and vendor oversight.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to lead capital projects and efficiency improvements across properties.

Qualifications

• 3 years property management experience (Preferred)
• 1+ years property leasing experience (Preferred)
• 1+ years Real estate administrative experience (Preferred)
• Real Estate License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Tenant relations: be primary contact for tenants and manage inquiries and service requests.
• Property operations: conduct inspections, oversee vendors, supervise maintenance and improvements.
• Financial administration: prepare budgets, invoices, and expense reports; monitor rent collections.
• Compliance and documentation: ensure regulatory compliance and keep records up to date.
• Marketing and leasing support: assist leasing agents and draft proposals and leases.
• Special projects: support capital improvement projects and identify operational efficiencies.
