Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• CFA or CPA progress is a plus.
• 1–3 years in real estate private equity, finance, investment banking or related field; strong modeling and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Track fund-level performance: IRR, equity multiple, DPI, RVPI, TVPI with attribution by asset, sector, vintage and strategy.
• Maintain quarterly attribution files and reconcile cash flows, waterfalls, and promote calculations.
• Prepare quarterly investor reports, fund performance summaries, and LP letters; QA against audited financials and statements.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs for portfolio managers and senior leadership.
• Build fund-level and portfolio-level models, including waterfalls, promote, and fee bases.
• Forecast LP contributions and distributions to support liquidity and wind-down sequencing.
• Track sources/uses of capital, subscription lines, and capital recycling; assess financing effects.
• Draft capital calls and distribution notices; coordinate with fund accounting and IR.
• Run scenario analyses for hold/sell, refinancings, and other actions.
• Coordinate quarterly valuation process and NAV support with accounting and appraisers.
• Monitor LPA limits, amendments, and LPAC coordination; verify fees and allocations.
• Prepare fund-fit analyses for acquisitions, disposals, and refinancings; support IC memos.
• Fulfill LP requests and due diligence; support capital raising materials.
• Maintain benchmark data and market research; synthesize insights for leadership.
• Lead adoption of AI and automation across modeling, reporting, and QA workflows.
