Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to support the PMO and Portfolio Manager from Covington, GA. You will enable project teams with PMO processes, data, and analytics to provide leadership with clear portfolio insights.

The role focuses on maintaining portfolio data integrity, producing Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with Finance to align forecasts with portfolio reporting. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in portfolio analysis, PMO, or analytics.
Experience with project/portfolio management practices and tools.
Strong analytical, data management, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong Excel skills; ability to apply AI/automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

Enable PMO processes, tools, reporting, and portfolio management practices.
Maintain accurate portfolio data and utilize PMO systems (OnePlan, etc.).
Translate project data into portfolio-level visibility including schedules, capacity, financials, risks, milestones, health.
Collaborate with Finance to incorporate financial forecasts into portfolio analysis.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and leadership reporting.
Support portfolio governance, planning, and visual management.
