Qualifications

• This is an in-office internship in Deerfield Beach, FL.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of current investment managers’ performance and strategies.
• Assist with evaluation of potential new investments.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investment performance reports and related projects.
• Perform periodic reconciliations between custody, internal systems, and external managers.
• Attend and participate in 3rd party asset manager meetings.
• Coordinate regular meetings with the investment firm’s management team.
• Prepare quarterly investment performance reports for investment committees.
• Maintain the investment manager filing system and document retention initiatives.
