Job summary

JM Family Enterprises is offering a Financial Analyst Intern position through the JM Family College Internship Program. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate finance, reporting, budgeting, and business analysis within the Financial Planning & Analysis team.

The program runs during the summer from May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027, offering meaningful work, skill development, and opportunities to learn JM Family's culture and core values through learning events and networking.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or degree-seeking program with at least one semester completed.
• Candidates in Finance or Accounting are eligible; juniors/seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data analysis (formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Relevant coursework in finance, accounting, statistics, business analytics, or data analytics is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, financial modeling, or reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and business analysis by evaluating revenue, expenses, headcount, and other key drivers, including variances.
• Assist with forecasting and planning activities by gathering data and updating financial models.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for visibility and leadership.
