Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of accounts by performing duties under governing documents, developing and maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer experience.

  • Close new transactions by reviewing and negotiating governing documents; coordinate closing activities; discuss issues with counsel and client; elicit information to understand customer needs.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Corporate Trust administrators.
  • Ensure client satisfaction leading to retention and referrals by resolving issues and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients; influence clients and centers of influence.
  • Identify business risks and operational challenges; mitigate risk to improve processes.
  • Contribute to short- and long-term strategies to meet revenue and expense goals.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of policies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing a book of accounts by performing all duties required under the governing documents, developing and maintain client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Responsible for all aspects of account administration and may handle moderate to complex accounts.
  • Responsible for managing the complete closing of new transactions by reviewing and negotiating governing documents; closing coordination activities; discussing open issues with counsel and client; actively eliciting information to comprehend customer needs.
  • Providing leadership, training, and guidance to Corporate Trust administrators.
  • Ensure client satisfaction leading to retention and referrals by resolving any account issues and providing prompt response to inquiries.
  • Be sensitive and responsive to both internal and external clients; collaborate and influence clients and centers of influence.

Salary Range: $77,390.00 - $127,139.75 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
