Job description

This position is primarily responsible for managing and expanding an assigned group of complex, high net worth investment portfolios for individual and institutional clients (Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Agency Accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, Pension Plans, Foundations, and Endowments).

Primary Responsibilities :

  1. Manage a group of complex, high net worth investment portfolios for individuals and institutions in accordance with the corporation's investment policies and procedures. Define and strive to exceed client service expectations.
  2. Coordinate with wealth management team members to develop investment policy statements that define client risk tolerances and investment objectives. Initiate portfolio adjustments based on changes in client goals or corporate asset allocation and tactical recommendations.
  3. Identify opportunities within the assigned accounts to expand the book of business. Collaborate with Client Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and external contacts to attract new clients and cross-sell appropriate financial products to meet client needs.
  4. Apply expert knowledge of portfolio management, trusts, pensions, retirement accounts, foundations, endowments, equity and fixed income markets, economics, asset allocation, and trading.
  5. Prepare and deliver effective written and verbal presentations to internal and external clients, prospects, and at external speaking engagements.
  6. Complete all required corporate training, compliance, and regulatory requirements promptly.
  7. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

All employees are responsible for understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Compliance with laws, regulations, and company procedures is mandatory.

Minimum Education Requirement: BA or BS

Minimum Job Experience: Relevant experience as required

Skills Required:

  • Excellent project management, communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software, including MS Word (basic) and MS PowerPoint (basic)

Preferred Qualifications: MBA or CFA; working knowledge of foundations, endowments, retirement accounts, pension plans, and tax considerations.

Licenses/Certifications: CFA preferred; obtain Series 65 license within 60 days of hire.

Work Conditions: Beyond traditional office work, with physical requirements as applicable.
