Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Multi-Specialty Portfolio Specialist. In this field-based role, the Multi-Specialty Portfolio Specialist will focus on achieving sales goals within the women’s health therapeutic area in an assigned geographic territory. This individual should have a proven record of success within specialty biopharmaceuticals, be highly collaborative, tactical, energetic, and thrive in a nimble, start-up organization. The Multi-Specialty Portfolio Specialist will demonstrate a sense of urgency to prepare and execute a new product launch plan for their geography, driving results aligned with the company’s goals, mission, and values.

  • Prepare effectively for HCP engagements with clear call purposes.

  • Drive market share growth by moving customers along the adoption continuum.
  • Engage in two-way dialogue, employing effective selling skills to identify needs and actively listen.

Education And Experience

  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with mastery of product and disease knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and nationally as needed.
  • Availability for occasional meetings outside normal hours.

The salary range is $108,000 to $135,000, complemented by benefits including incentives, 401(k), health insurances, and generous time-off policies. Total compensation will depend on individual experience, skills, and other factors.
