Responsibilities include:

• Operate the company vehicle with, and without, the trailer;
• Assist with delivery of inventory from other dealers or distribution;
• Maintain inventory of charged motorcycle batteries;
• Re-fill stock of oil or other supplies, as needed;
• Detail and refuel vehicles after service to prepare for the next stage;
• Communicate vehicle status to Service Advisors or Managers upon completion;
• Use appropriate equipment to clean and maintain the shop area and facility;
• Support and promote the Help Sell and Motorcycle Referral programs;
• Act as an ambassador for the dealership and Harley-Davidson brand.

Essential Functions:

• Operate the company vehicle with, and without, the trailer;
• Assist with delivery of inventory from other dealers or distribution;

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Frequently move motorcycles weighing over 500 lbs.;
• Frequently load and unload vehicles being delivered;
• Occasionally work more than 8 hours per day and on weekends;
• Occasionally move objects over 50 lbs.;
• Occasionally operate machinery or equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and chemicals.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.

Position is entry level, part-time, in the Consumer Services industry.
