In addition, the Porter assists the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner. **What You Will Do** * Responsible for cleaning and assisting in preventive maintenance and safety of assigned properties.* Report and/or initiate action to correct unsafe conditions or damage to apartment and hotel property.* Perform pressure washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing of common areas surfaces.* Remove trash from common area waste bins and trash rooms and deliver to appropriate receptacles and replaces bin liners when necessary.* Wash down and clean trash room and trash chutes on a weekly basis.* Monitor all trash rooms, ensure doors are operating properly and are clean and free of debris daily.* Monitor, maintain, and clean all areas of parking garage.* Monitor dog run and pet waste stations.
