## Room AttendantApply: Seattle: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R-102946**Job Description:**The Room Attendant cleans guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the property’s established standards of cleanliness. ## Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Cleans guest rooms as assigned.* Monitors and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.* Uses correct cleaning materials for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.* Transports cart with cleaning supplies, guest room amenities and linens to assigned guest room and position securely. provides cleaning service to designated rooms on assignment sheet: empty trash containers and ashtrays; remove all dirty terry and replace with clean par to designated layout; replace soiled bed sheets and make bed with clean linen; cleans kitchen and sets lighting and thermostat to designated levels.* Responsible for maintaining positive guest relations.* Resolves guest housekeeping complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.* Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.* Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
