Job Description

The Porter supports quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles before delivery and maintaining the appearance of shop and office facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including garbage disposal, floor cleaning, and dusting.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including waste disposal, sweeping, and organizing tools and parts.
• Keep parking lots and grounds tidy, including snow shoveling when necessary.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs.
• Clean interior and exterior of customer vehicles post-repair.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Education And/or Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear vision required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Pushing, pulling, carrying.
• Walking 5+ hours.
