Job Summary

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot hybrid and EV battery systems
2. Remove, disassemble, and recondition battery packs using company procedures and equipment
3. Install replacement battery packs in customer vehicles
4. Perform testing and quality control on rebuilt battery systems
5. Maintain detailed service records and ensure accurate job documentation
6. Comply with all safety procedures when handling high-voltage components
7. Communicate effectively with team members and customers about repairs and recommendations

Location and Compensation

Location: Kansas City, KS

Salary: $18/hr

Work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (heavy lifting)
• Assemble products according to specifications

Dress Code

Shirts or t-shirts with sleeves, without holes or rips. Pants without holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts or images. Closed-toe, non-slip footwear only.
