Job summary

Clinton Management is seeking a Porter for one of our Manhattan properties. The role involves cleaning common areas and vacant apartments, maintaining exterior areas, and sorting trash. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm and OFF: Saturday & Sunday.

Location: 509 W 48th St New York, NY 10036. Essential duties include salt and shovel snow during inclement weather and some minor handyman work such as changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-up jobs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of Porter experience.
• Heavy lifting 50+ lbs required.
• Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime.

As such, your rate of pay will change based on that schedule. Paid time off and other terms of your employment will be covered by the prevailing wage schedule. In addition to the prevailing wage schedule, you will receive 32 hours of unpaid safe and sick leave available immediately upon your date of hire and refreshed at the start of each calendar year.
