Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking a Dedicated Porter to join our on-site maintenance team. The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including common areas and units, and assisting with grounds, pool, and light maintenance tasks.

The position emphasizes customer service and the ability to follow instructions, with the role reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and involving winter snow removal duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection.
• Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units.
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather.
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor.
