Job summary

Royale Company staffs luxury residential high-rises, and this part-time janitor position keeps buildings clean and welcoming for residents. Saturdays and Sundays, 7am to 3pm, you will sweep and mop common areas, collect trash, and maintain tidy entrances and the front desk.

Training is provided; reliability and punctuality are essential. A background check is required at our cost, with uniform provided and opportunities for growth into building operations roles.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm.

The Job

You keep the building clean and welcoming for the residents who live there. On a typical shift you will:

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas
• Collect and take out trash and recycling
• Keep entrances and the front desk area clean and tidy

What We Expect
