STARTING RATE OF PAY IS $19 PER HOUR AND COULD INCREASE DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.

This is NOT an entry level position and requires at least 1 year of previous Landscape Porter, Property Porter or Municipal Porter experience, as well as at least 1 full year of Landscaping & Snow Removal experience.

OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

• Valid Driver's License: Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Chauffeur’s Endorsement: A chauffeur’s endorsement or chauffeur’s license is preferred.
• DDOT Medical card: Preferred. Candidate already holds one. If not, you must be able to pass a medical exam including a drug test (a federal requirement).

Responsibilities:

• Executing site-level tasks on BrightView’s client sites
• Maintaining the premises in a clean and orderly condition
• Light landscaping and snow removal assistance
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal areas
• Representing BrightView professionally and with integrity
• Walking properties frequently to remove litter
• Performing basic repairs like window, screen, and door replacements
• Driving to designated areas and collecting trash
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 18 years old
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License may be required
