Essential Functions

• Coordinate job duties with other opening team members to ensure efficient preparation.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, following the maintenance calendar.
• Provide maintenance for the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put food orders away, rotate stock in coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
• Monitor shelf life and expiration dates.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks on all equipment.
