Job summary

RideNow Kansas is seeking a dependable Porter/Lot Technician to safely move and organize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports units on our lot, showroom, and service areas. You’ll assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery and help prepare units for customer delivery.

This is a hands-on outdoors role requiring a valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina for 40–50 hour weeks including Saturdays.

• Perform support tasks as needed

Job description

RideNow - Kansas, has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing all store Porter/Lot Technician.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe movement and organization of units on our lot—so the ability to confidently ride and handle a variety of powersports vehicles is a must!

What You’ll Do:

• Safely move and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units around the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Help prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
• Support the sales and service team with unit movement and logistics
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and help manage inventory flow
• Perform support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission)
• Valid driver’s license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
