• Transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.
• Monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned by the Chef.

Responsibilities:* Washes all china, glass, and silverware.* Cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event.* Stores all equipment in proper locations.* Sweeps and mop all floors in the kitchen/office areas.* Maintains a clean and safe working environment.* Practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, completes company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.* Transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.* Monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs.* Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.* Performs and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility.* Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner.* Assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations.* Assists members in a timely, efficient and professional manner.* Fulfills the assigned opening and closing duties as assigned by the Chef.* Performs other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:* Must be at least 18 years of age* High school diploma or equivalent* Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests* Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays* Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions* Must be punctual and dependable* Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards* Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time* Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds* Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred* Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management* Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
