Job Description

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is seeking a Full-time Porter/Janitor to provide extraordinary service to our residents. Responsibilities include major floor care projects, trash disposal, maintaining equipment and supplies, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass drug screening and background check
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical effort for 95% of the workday, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
