Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation required to travel between sites.
• 1 to 2 years of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and assigned cleaning schedules.
• Respond promptly to building and cleaning requests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, elevators, and stairwells.
• Pick up, empty, and transport trash and recycling.
• Remove debris from floors and surrounding areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets and sinks.
• Refill paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
• Clean spills and maintain safe conditions at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Clean glass surfaces including doors and mirrors.
• Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, and mopping as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

• Follow instructions and assigned cleaning schedules


• Respond promptly to building and cleaning requests


• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, elevators, and stairwells


• Pick up, empty, and transport trash and recycling


• Remove debris from floors and surrounding areas


• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets and sinks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry a backpack vacuum (approximately 12 pounds)


• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift


• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
