Job summary

Manhatta, located at 28 Liberty St, New York, NY, is seeking a Porter/Housekeeper to support sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas. You’ll work with the kitchen and dining room teams to maintain high standards and assist with station turnover, while following SOPs for sanitation.

Experience in facilities or housekeeping is preferred. You should be able to walk or stand for long periods; English fluency is preferred, with additional languages a plus.

• Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and an unwavering care for our guests through high integrity performance of cleaning and facility maintenance duties
• Learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while consistently following a timeline and cleaning project schedule
• Partner with kitchen and dining room team to promote teamwork and efficient excellence in station turnover and end of shift breakdown
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
